I love them all of course, but I have special soft spots for gorillas and chimpanzees. I love how gorillas are so big, yet so gentle and I find them to be the most beautiful apes. I find chimpanzees so interesting in that they are so like us, and are always busy- so fascinating to watch.
What about you?

My favourite would have to be gorillas - they are such impressive, beautiful animals.

I haven't seen a gorilla for over a year- far too long, they are just so wonderful!

Yes gorillas are wonderful but I can't choose between them, they are all gorgeous, fascinating and all captivating.

I would have said gorillas in the past but I like chimps more and more and have had some lovely orangutan experiences at Chester. I've not had so much to do with bonobos but I think the project to reintroduce some is very interesting.

Like everyone else... I love them all. I am always looking for tv shows, books, etc so I can learn more about them. I have volunteered twice in the past two years, and am looking forward to more volunteering in the years to come

They are all so fascinating in their own ways. Where did you volunteer? I'd love to hear more about it!

Love them all, but have a preference for chimps first, then gorillas.

Love them all, but have a preference for chimps first, then gorillas. That's pretty much the same as me... at the moment anyway!
